Diabetes Foot Assessment tool
The new diabetes foot assessment tool has now been launched for primary care staff to use at annual diabetes reviews.
This covers both the criteria set under the Quality and Outcomes Framework and the NICE guidance for diabetic foot problems.
Training
The launch of the Diabetes Foot Assessment tool is supported by free training sessions available for nursing staff employed by Portsmouth City PCT. Please contact Portsmouth City PCT Learning and Development team for dates in 2010.
